Refund and Dispute Policy

All membership dues paid to Skye Co are non-refundable, regardless of a member’s continued participation in the network. Membership fees secure a place within a Skye Co networking group and provide access to Skye Co’s resources, training, and introduction network.

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A member choosing to leave before the end of their membership term.

  • A member’s removal from a group due to fit, participation level, or other group-related decisions.

By completing payment, members acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If there is a billing error or dispute, members should contact Skye Co immediately to resolve the matter.

Cancellation Policy

Skye Co membership is based on an annual commitment. Members may cancel their participation at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for remaining membership time.

Membership may end in one of two ways:

  • Member-Initiated Cancellation – A member may choose to stop participating in Skye Co at any time. While participation is voluntary, membership dues remain non-refundable.

  • Group-Initiated Removal – A networking group may determine that a member is no longer a good fit for their group. In such cases, the member’s participation will be discontinued, but no refunds will be issued.

If a member wishes to cancel their membership, they are encouraged to notify their group leadership to ensure a smooth transition.
