Lisa Skye
Founder
As a magnetic leader and inspirational public speaker, Lisa has spent a lifetime leveraging unmistakable charisma, business savvy, and strong intuition as vehicles for tuning into core needs and guiding businesses across industries to remarkable success. She managed two restaurants within Danny Meyer’s hospitality empire, drove deals for a top NYC real estate team, built the world’s fourth largest business networking chapter within BNI, and initiated WeWork’s first-ever community model, positioning the startup for astronomical growth. In her role as CEO, Lisa founded and built Primary, “NYC’s Coolest New Wellness-Focused Coworking Space,” which quickly expanded to two locations in Manhattan—and was eventually named the 3rd Best Coworking Space in the US.
Lisa has raised significant startup funding (10mm+), negotiated multi-million dollar leases, and invented a wellness category within coworking. She has also weathered industry-wide downturns with unshakable grace and resilience. With a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology in hand, Lisa is now spearheading SkyeCo with a vision to transform the way people network and contribute to one another across the globe. In her spare time, you’ll find her on the beach in Miami with her sons, Henry (9) and Hawk (7).
JP Pullos
VP of Community
JP Pullos brings over two decades of leadership experience in building vibrant communities, scaling businesses, and developing innovative systems that drive substantial growth. As VP of Community, JP leverages his proven track record from his time at BNI, where he expanded a networking group from 35 to 80 members and increased referral revenues tenfold. JP's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found JP Teaches Photo, a successful photography education company, reaching over 100,000 students worldwide, and later to spearhead global educational initiatives in collaboration with the United Nations. Known for creating authentic connections and empowering leaders, JP is passionate about cultivating meaningful professional relationships and ensuring every member feels valued and supported at SkyeCo.
